Returns and Refunds Policy
If you receive damaged good please inform us immediately on receipt. Send a brief description and photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement and ensure that we do better in the future.
Any purchases can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Email us to let us know you will be returning goods on email@example.com. Goods need to be returned unopened, in the original packaging. Goods must be couriered to us and as soon as received we will credit your account with the amount paid for the product. These are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Queries are generally processed within 3 working days.
Goods are delivered by courier to your door. We currently only ship to addresses in South Africa. The courier fee is R130 for orders under R500. You can also collect your goods from our store in Cape Town free of charge. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order and confirmation of payment. Orders received on Friday may only get dispatched after the weekend, on the Monday. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days to major urban areas. Please allow up to 7 working days for more remote areas. Courier deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm during the week. Pleasure ensure someone can sign for the delivery during these times. The courier will generally call you if there is no-one to take delivery and arrange a new day to deliver. There are no deliveries on weekends.
All deliveries are tracked and you will receive your parcel’s tracking number by email. Occasionally deliveries can be delayed but we will normally notify you if that happens. Please email us on email@example.com with your order number if your delivery has not arrived within the time frame mentioned above. We will follow-up with the courier and send replacement goods if necessary.
Out of stock
Products that are out of stock can not be ordered online. Out of stock products are marked as such on the product page and shop pages. Occasionally, however, a product you purchase may be out of stock. We will call you to let you know and look for a solution.
