Green (unfermented) honeybush is richer in antioxidants than regular (fermented) honeybush, and other green teas. Free of caffeine, and low in tannins, green honeybush makes a wonderful nurturing tea (and ice tea) that combines well with other Cape herbs like rooibos and buchu. Simmering for a few minutes will enhance the flavour.
Add 1-2 tsp of in 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 15 mins. Strain. Enjoy.
