Endemic to the fynbos region, Honeybush makes a delicious tea, free of caffeine, low in tannins, and rich in antioxidants. Honeybush is said to help with a poor appetite, promote good milk flow when breastfeeding, and generally support good health. Simmering for a few minutes can enhance the flavour.
Add 1-2 tsp of in 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 15 mins. Strain. Enjoy.
