Plant Summary

The confetti bush, Coleonema pulchellum, is an aromatic evergreen shrub that produces pretty pink or white star-shaped flowers from autumn to spring. It thrives in sunny, well-drained locations and attracts bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Coleonema can be used ornamentally in gardens, borders, rockeries, or pots. It grows well with other fynbos plants. Propagate from seed in autumn or semi-hardwood cuttings in winter/spring. The fragrant foliage has been used to remove fish bait odors from hands.
